Susan A. Barnes, LMT, CLD joins the practice after 5 years in a mid-coast Chiropractic Office. Prior to becoming a massage therapist, Susan conceived, designed, owned and operated a popular restaurant in Rockland. As a trained chef and former business owner, she brings a deep understanding of the rigors of hard work and the stress that it inflicts on the body. Through massage therapy, she has been able to help clients determine their “pressure” points and has helped them relieve anywhere from mild to acute neuromuscular issues. Susan is also a Certified Lymph Drainage Therapist and Reiki I & II trained.

Susan believes that healing and relaxation should be intertwined to achieve the maximum benefits of therapy. By integrating different practices to treat site specific needs, an overall picture of health and wellness can be obtained.
